Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement. Please note this does not include weekends or holidays.

- Cost: $12.95
- Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Cost: Free!
- Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please Note: The above delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally, but unfortunately cannot deliver to some parts of Asia and other remote areas.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Christmas gear! If you’re not completely satisfied, our friendly customer service elves are here to help. Please read our policy carefully.
Return/Exchange Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your Christmas apparel:
- Contact Us: Email us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our elves will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and documentation.
- Ship It Back: Ship your return to the address provided in your approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- The credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.
Exchange Process
Want to exchange for a different size or style? It’s easy!
Follow the same process as a return, but clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the new product name and size you need. Once we receive your return, we will ship your requested replacement item within 1-2 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Christmas apparel arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will happily send a replacement at no additional cost, including free return shipping for the damaged item.
