Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain items. These include:
  • Ladies Fitted T-Shirts
  • Racerback Tanks
  • Tank Tops
These items are final sale unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your Christmas apparel:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  2. Wait for approval – Our customer service elves will respond within 24-48 hours with a return authorization number and instructions.
  3. Package your item securely in the original packaging, including all tags and documentation.
  4. Ship your return to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your payment method or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different size or style? Follow the same process as above, but indicate in your email that you would like an exchange. Once we receive your return, we will ship your requested replacement item within 1-2 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Christmas apparel arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will happily send a replacement at no additional cost, including free return shipping for the damaged item.
